G-Hub Global Co Ltd is an agricultural firm that promotes sustainable farming for long-term prosperity in Ghana. It has its head office located in Accra with an increasing nationwide reach. As a sister company of Green Hub Dis Tarim, an organic fertiliser manufacturing company in Turkey, it shares the vision of working closely with farmers as partners and not as traders.
G-Hub believes that farmers should focus on their farming activities without having to worry about needed inputs and support services. Therefore it supports its farmers by supplying effective its fertiliser, other reliable inputs and assisting with support services such as spraying, harvesting and post-harvest sale through offtake market agreements.
By implementing its integrated model, G-Hub encourages farmers to significantly reduce their chemical fertilizer usage while heavily relying on organic fertilizers. This is an intentional design stemming from in-depth research that indicates that an appropriate amount when carefully incorporated at the right time, results in high yields and a healthy soil. The organic nature of the harvest is safeguarded by G-Hub’s fertilizer that neutralizes any trace of chemicals in the plant and soil while replenishing and enriching them.
Furthermore, with its operations being data – driven, G-Hub as a principle continues to engage farmers to improve the usage of its inputs, farming practices and explore diverse ways in which its farmers can benefit from the farming value chain.

We by-pass agro-traders to work collaboratively with farmers . This is intentional because of our desire farmers in their farming activities.
Most importantly, since our operations are data-driven, we constantly gather and analyse data for farm tracking and improvement.
With our domestic and international partnering team of agronomists constantly working with data collected, Green Hub Tarim keeps upgrading its organic fertilizer formula and application protocols to make inputs and support more effective.
Our data is helpful in approaching other value chain stakeholders to forge partnerships that our farmers benefit from. These range from market access, processing partnerships and financial considerations.
Since we are passionate about strengthening our relationship with our farmers and out growers, we keep looking for ways to support farmers. The integrated model together with its flexible payment plan cushions the cost of inputs –taking away any financial limitations farmers tend to have which negatively impacts their scale of operations and yield.
Furthermore, education is one of our core principles, therefore we ensure our farmers are increasing in knowledge and capacity to correctly farm sustainably. Hence, we learn together with our farmers ensuring they succeed as we succeed. Our field officers are hands on with their training and our training programs and scholarships are tools that help us support education and capacity building in Agriculture and other related courses such as agribusiness, branding, sales and so on.
Hence, unlike traders, we are not profit-driven and do not work like traders who put agrochemicals into the hands of farmers but impact driven. We work to ensure the impact of our operations are long lasting and sustainable through expertise support, trainings, education, market access, reliable inputs and payment plans.
